Q: What Purchase Options are available to me?

A:
1. Outright Purchase. You own your license (s) outright and may decide on investing in upgrades as they are released.

You may also add a VIP Subscription which provides you with FREE upgrades and FREE Supplier Catalogs PLUS toll-free technical phone assistance, FREE Email assistance and FREE Internet (log on your PC to show you) assistance one on one with a Product Manager.

2. Lease. You lease the software license for the Lease term of 12 months. After 12 months you may continue leasing the software month to month. Or, after 12 months you may also choose to Purchase your license (s) outright at a significant discount. New Upgrades and New Supplier Catalogs PLUS Email, Telephone and Internet (Log into your PC to show you) Technical Assistance will continue to be offered to you.

3. Rent to Own: You may rent the software month to month with no commitment for as long as you like. However, a one month down payment is required in addition to the first month’s payment. New Upgrades and New Supplier Catalogs PLUS Email, Toll-Free Telephone and Internet (Log into your PC to show you) Technical Assistance will continue to be provided to you at no additional cost during your rental period.

NOTE: Digital Canal reserves the right on Rental and Lease plans to discontinue your software operation upon missing a payment.

Q: Can I convert my Rent to Own software license to a permanent License?

A: Yes. Simply email or call us and we will provide you with the details and fee.

Q: Can I convert my Lease license to a permanent License?

A: Yes. However, previous Lease payments made will not apply to purchasing a permanent License.

Q: Sales Tax: Will I have to pay a sales tax?

A: Only if you have a physical office location in Iowa.

Q: Is there a discount for multiple License purchases?

A: Yes. Please email or call us for details.
