Once you have ordered your software Digital Canal will send you a link to download your software. You will also receive a call from a Product Specialist within 24 hours simply to see if they can be of any assistance regarding installation and/or getting running on your new software.

This pro-active service has no cost to you; we just want to be sure you are off to a good start and know how to get help if you should need any. We can do this because we have a direct relationship with you and your business. We strive to be a profit generating silent business partner.

Toll-free and unlimited technical support directly from the developers and product managers with decades of real world experience. This technical assistance is performed either over the telephone or via the Internet. If you prefer to use the Internet then our team can take control of your computer to SHOW you what to do and/or how to do it.

Proactive product upgrades and enhancements are provided for VIP Subscription members. You will always have the most recent profit making tools at your disposal.

VIP Subscription

Technical support is not glamorous but we’re convinced it makes the difference. That’s why we take pride in our after sale client support. In fact, 92% of our clients rate our support as very good or excellent. We don’t push support onto dealers because it’s impossible for a dealer to provide you with the level of support you receive directly from the actual developers of the software.

Premium Support

This level of support is available for clients that would prefer to purchase upgrades on their own timeline instead of automatically receiving them. Toll-free and unlimited support is provided but upgrades are purchased separately. It’s the same great team helping you when you call but no proactive upgrades are provided. Upgrades are purchased on a release-by-release basis with this plan, which makes them pricier, but it may be an option that fits your needs.

SolidBuilder Training

Each client’s needs are unique and not everybody learns the same way. Therefore, we offer multiple ways in which you can receive direct training from the developers.

And remember every new client receives the entire video training series with their purchase. These are very valuable and our clients say they like them because they SHOW you how to perform the functions.

In the event you wish to undertake further training or One-On-One training, the following options are available:

  • Custom Training (in our location or yours)
  • Online Custom Training

A trained professional with real world experience teaches these hands-on classes. In fact, 94% of our attendees rate our training as “excellent”! The instructor remains available to you the entire time. We also limit the attendance in these classes further ensuring you receive the attention you need.
